The Role

The Academy Coordinator (P2) supports the delivery and administration of training programs and learning initiatives within the organization. The role coordinates training logistics, maintains Learning Management System (LMS) activities, and supports reporting and continuous improvement of training processes.

At the P2 level, the position operates with moderate autonomy, applying professional knowledge of training coordination practices to resolve routine to moderately complex issues, while contributing to improvements in training delivery and learner experience.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and administer end-to-end training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing enrollments, participant communications, and training logistics for virtual and in-person delivery.
  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities such as course setup, learner assignment, progress tracking, reporting, onboarding of new users, and training completion monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers, HR teams, stakeholders, and global/regional teams to ensure effective training delivery, alignment with learning standards, and a seamless learner experience.
  • Maintain training records, certification tracking, compliance documentation, training catalogues, and learning content structures to ensure accuracy and governance.
  • Generate and analyze training reports and effectiveness of metrics, identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities, and support continuous enhancement of training processes and programs.

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • Experience in training coordination, administration, or HR support roles
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
