Coordinator (Engineering) - Water

Location: Peterborough / Hybrid

Help Deliver Essential Water Infrastructure with the @one Alliance

At the @one Alliance, we're delivering some of the UK's most important water and environmental infrastructure projects. As a collaborative partnership between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading organisations, we work together to create innovative, sustainable solutions that protect the environment and support communities across the East of England.

We're looking for a Coordinator (Engineering) to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of a diverse programme of water infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen interest in engineering and a desire to develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Why join us?

As part of the Engineering team, you'll play a key role in coordinating technical activities, managing project documentation and supporting communication between multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Working alongside Design Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, Environmental teams and Construction colleagues, you'll gain valuable exposure to major infrastructure projects while building your professional network across the alliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
