Role: Coordinator, Operations and Projects-Ethics & Independence

Role Summary

Embedded within the Risk & Compliance Central Operations team and supporting the Global Ethics & Independence (E&I) programme, the Coordinator supports delivery of the Global E&I management programme by a diverse team of Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) working remotely in multiple global locations.

This role is at the centre of the day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, communications, content and events, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders, workstreams and platforms.

The coordinator provides practical coordination and oversight to ensure that the team’s projects and initiatives progress efficiently from drafting through to committee and Board approval, to implementation and global communication. This includes structured planning, disciplined follow‑up, high‑quality documentation and clear reporting to support effective decision-making across multiple global stakeholders and global governance bodies.

The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to complex and unstructured work, has a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and is comfortable working behind the scenes to keep programmes running efficiently. The candidate must be a collaborative team player with a calm-flexible approach, able to work closely with highly skilled experts, adapt to new challenges and contribute positively within a small close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

Project coordination

  • Coordinate projects supporting the operational implementation of international ethics and independence standards.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, coordinating inputs, reviews, and comments from subject matter experts, member firms, and other stakeholders, whilst ensuring consultation deadlines are met.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of deliverables, from initial drafting through review, approval, publication, and communication.
  • Monitor progress against agreed plans, identifying risks, issues or delays and supporting timely resolution.
  • Provide weekly programme plans and status updates, including upcoming milestones, dependencies and key delivery risks.
  • Ensure effective coordination and prioritisation across multiple concurrent projects within the wider E&I programme.

Programme operations & continuous improvement

  • Support the effective day-to-day running of the global E&I programme.
  • Maintain programme trackers, registers, and planning tools.
  • Ensure consistent application of programme templates and internal governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline coordination, reduce duplication, and improve delivery efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
