Sales Coordinator
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our UK Sales team and provide day-to-day support across our National and eCommerce accounts.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an ever-changing commercial environment and wants to build their experience within premium global brands such as Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Olivia Burton, Tommy Hilfer, Coach and others.
You’ll work closely with the Senior National Account Manager and wider Sales team, helping to keep customer activity, sales administration and seasonal launches running smoothly.
You’ll also work with teams across the business, including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain, giving you a broad view of how a successful commercial organisation operates.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Senior National Account Manager and wider Sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, product details and sales documentation. Support new account set-up and ensure relevant information is shared with the right internal teams.
- Help prepare sales presentations, product information, launch materials and customer documents.
- Support seasonal sell-in, customer meetings and product launches.
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasts and other commercial updates.
- Coordinate actions and deadlines, making sure key activities are followed up and completed on time.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and other teams to help resolve customer queries and keep things moving.
- Help maintain a high level of service for our wholesale and eCommerce partners.
- Look for simple ways to improve processes and make the Sales team more effective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
