Building a resilient future for water, people and the planet.

Join the @one Alliance – a collaborative partnership of eight industry-leading companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. As we prepare for the challenges and opportunities of AMP8, we’re looking for talented individuals to help us shape the future of water infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Coordinator (Site) to support the Construction Team and Site Manager by coordinating information, maintaining records, communicating with project teams and suppliers, and assisting with the day to day management of the site compound.

You will help the team maintain an efficient and streamlined operation, ensuring a safe and organised project compound. The role will require travel between local sites.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to develop knowledge of the water industry, construction, environmental compliance, sustainability and project coordination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
