Job Description

About the Role & Team

The Coordinator, Strategy EMEA will support the wider EMEA Strategy team in the coordination, organisation and delivery of regional strategy processes and communications for Studios Content Marketing campaigns across Theatrical, EHV and Streaming, covering all brands within the Walt Disney Studios portfolio.

Working as part of the Studios Marketing EMEA team, you will help keep communications, meeting materials, trackers and reporting requirements clear, timely and well organised. You will work closely with the EMEA Regional Strategy team, as well as internal Studio functions, regional teams and local market teams across EMEA.

If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager, Strategy EMEA.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

You will play an important coordination role within the EMEA Strategy team, supporting the smooth delivery of regional strategy processes, campaign planning and team communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the wider EMEA Strategy team with the day-to-day coordination of title-specific priorities, including maintaining project trackers, collating cross-functional updates, organising reference materials and helping prepare clear, accurate and timely team deliverables.
  • Coordinating with Insights, Media and other relevant enterprise functions to gather information, updates, assets and learnings that support the development of regional strategic guidance and campaign materials.
  • Supporting the collection, consolidation and formatting of local market campaign plans, feedback, best practice examples and performance learnings for regional reporting.
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for local market questions and requests, helping route queries to the right team members, track follow-ups and ensure responses are shared clearly and promptly.
  • Providing operational support for regional trade marketing partnerships and other trade marketing requirements, including meeting logistics, presentation coordination and follow-up actions.
  • Assisting with planning and coordination for regional elements of Digital Stores Marketing, including organising updates, timelines, materials and team communications.
  • Supporting EMEA ideation, including preparing for brainstorm sessions and sharing notes and actions afterwards.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal screenings and presentations, including content requests and progress updates.
  • Providing administrative support to the EMEA Studio Marketing VP when required, including diary and meeting management, travel coordination and expenses.
  • Attending relevant training as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
