From vacancy to appointment, you'll partner with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment journey, delivering a professional, high quality and customer focused service, creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring timely, effective and compliant recruitment outcomes.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and attract the right talent
- Write and publish engaging job adverts
- Coordinate shortlisting and interviews in line with safer recruitment standards
- Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
- Process pre-employment checks, offers and contracts accurately
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment data using HR systems
- Liaise with agencies and support temporary staffing where required
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment events

Skills/Experience:
- Experience supporting or delivering end-to-end recruitment
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with HR systems and managing data
- Knowledge of safer recruitment and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies at any one time
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- CIPD level 3 qualification (desirable) - attained, working towards or aspiration to gain.
Ideal Attributes:
- Good written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the business and key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to respond appropriately to difficult situations.
- Excellent attention to detail, when working with confidential documents, reports and data.
- Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills to work as part of an immediate team and wider department.
