We're recruiting on behalf of our client, an established and growing Building Management Systems company based in Leeds, who are looking for an organised and proactive Projects Coordinator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, coordinating multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of detailed administrative processes. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, suppliers and subcontractors, supporting everything from project scheduling and documentation to purchase orders, invoicing and financial administration.

Working Pattern: On-site
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, construction, engineering or a similar environment
- Good knowledge of Reverse Charge VAT
- Knowledge and understanding of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
- Understanding of the application-to-certificate process
- Strong financial administration skills, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, project costs and invoicing
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial information and project documentation
- Confident liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Construction Manager would be advantageous but is not essential
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following actions through to completion
- Experience within the BMS industry would be advantageous but is not essential
