Your new role

We're looking for an experienced Copilot Adoption Lead to play a pivotal role in the enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. This is an opportunity to shape how thousands of employees embrace AI, turning a technology deployment into a measurable productivity and capability programme.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, AI specialists, communications, learning and development, governance teams, and key business sponsors, you'll lead the adoption journey, ensuring users have the tools, training, guidance and support needed to realise tangible value from Microsoft 365 Copilot.

What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation
  • Develop and deliver rollout plans, adoption waves, user cohorts and persona-based engagement strategies
  • Create and coordinate training programmes, workshops, clinics, webinars and user support materials
  • Build and support AI Champions networks and user communities
  • Identify and prioritise high-value business use cases for Copilot and AI agents
  • Capture feedback, monitor adoption metrics and measure business benefits
  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Data Governance, Communications and L&D
  • Support the transition from existing AI tools to Microsoft Copilot
  • Promote responsible AI usage and ensure adoption aligns with governance, privacy and security frameworks
  • Develop guidance, playbooks, FAQs, prompt libraries and success stories that drive engagement and confidence

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, digital workplace or enterprise technology adoption programmes
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, prompt engineering, adoption challenges and user enablement
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience creating training content, user guidance and adoption materials
  • Experience measuring adoption, engagement, benefits realisation and user satisfaction
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, information governance, security and data privacy considerations

Desirable Experience

  • Enterprise change management and digital adoption experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology rollouts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, information protection and compliance frameworks
  • Experience within regulated or operationally complex environments such as infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, transport or engineering
  • Familiarity with ITIL, change frameworks or service adoption methodologies
