The Role
Owns the technical design of the agentic AI ecosystem, including orchestration patterns, data flow, agent-to-agent handoffs, and integration architecture across Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UI, and SharePoint.
Your responsibilities:
- Design the end-to-end architecture for agentic workflows.
- Define agent responsibilities, data schemas, variables, prompt strategy, and tool connections.
- Establish integration patterns across Teams, SharePoint, UI, and automation layers.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
- Guide all technical contributors and perform architecture reviews.
- Translate business challenges into technical agent behavior.
- Ensure compliance to NG Security and Architecture standards and guidelines.
- Coordinates with ARB/SRB.
- Facilitates Security and Architecture approvals.

- AI Copilot engineer (Senior resource who has skills to engage with stakeholder, capture use cases and be involved in rapid development) and Power Apps developer requirement.
- Focused on productivity and process improvements using AI.
- Handle a larger pipeline of work and integrate more closely with enterprise AI initiatives.
- One with AI development skills and another with expertise in Power Automate and the Microsoft stack. These team members should be capable of handling end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment, as well as supporting business users in upskilling.
- Will primarily use Microsoft Copilot as the foundational LLM for building agents, prompts, and tactical solutions.
- Support for tasks such as prompt engineering, document indexing, and agent deployment. The AI team member will provide handholding, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- May take on more enterprise-level AI projects, such as integrating with Maximo, DMS, and predictive analytics platforms.
