Copilot Solution Architect – Microsoft 365 | I.T Consultancy | Permanent | Remote

We’re working with a leading technology consultancy that is investing heavily in its Microsoft and AI capability and is looking for an experienced Copilot Solution Architect to join the team.

This is a senior, client-facing architecture role where you’ll take ownership of the design of secure, AI-enabled Microsoft 365 environments, working across M365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, security and data.

If you’re an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect looking to move deeper into the AI workplace space, this is a chance to work on complex enterprise transformation programmes while helping shape how clients adopt Microsoft’s evolving AI ecosystem.

The role

You’ll act as the architectural lead across Microsoft 365 and AI workplace engagements, taking solutions from initial requirements and target-state architecture through to technical assurance and delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning end-to-end architecture across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID and Power Platform
  • Designing target-state architectures and migration roadmaps from legacy environments into Microsoft 365
  • Architecting Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including agents, grounding data and retrieval approaches
  • Designing integrations between Microsoft 365, AI services and line-of-business applications using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Defining security, compliance and data architecture using Microsoft Purview, Defender and Microsoft 365 security controls
  • Establishing AI governance around access, licensing, data exposure and responsible AI adoption
  • Acting as a design authority across delivery teams, providing technical assurance around security, scalability, performance and cost
  • Leading architecture workshops and technical discussions with senior client stakeholders
  • Supporting pre-sales activity, solution shaping and technical estimates
  • Mentoring engineers and consultants and helping establish architecture and delivery standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
