At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Your role:

As Copilot Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant you will help our clients set the strategic direction for Microsoft Copilot in the workplace, and then make it land. You will pair technology strategy with the change, communications and adoption craft needed to turn Copilot licences into everyday productivity and a genuinely AI-enabled workforce. In this role you will play a key part in:

  • Setting the Copilot adoption strategy: Shaping a clear strategic vision for Microsoft Copilot - spanning Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Copilot Studio and emerging workplace AI capabilities such as Cowork and Scout - aligned to security, data and automation capabilities.
  • Driving adoption: Designing and delivering user-centric change and adoption campaigns at scale that tackle AI scepticism, build capability and embed new ways of working.
  • Leading complex engagements: Owning delivery excellence on Copilot strategy and adoption workstreams, escalating and de-risking complex situations as the technology evolves.
  • Growing the practice: Helping develop the Copilot portfolio and client relationships to generate new opportunities and revenue, and coaching colleagues towards high performance and a positive culture.

As part of your role, you will also be expected to drive the following activities:

Client Advisory and Delivery

  • Strategy and Vision: Develop AI workforce transformation strategies, advising senior stakeholders on Microsoft Copilot capabilities, adoption strategy across workforce groups and business functions, business change requirements, and opportunities to create value through AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Ways of working Reinvention: Lead work redesign initiatives that leverage AI to enhance productivity, employee experience and organisational outcomes through future-state practices, AI-enabled workflows and effective human-AI collaboration. Facilitate workshops to understand current and future ways of working.
  • Change and Adoption: Lead organisational change and adoption programmes from pilot-to-scale that enable successful Copilot deployment through communications, training, engagement, leadership alignment and persona-led adoption plans. Tackle AI scepticism and respond to concerns to increase trust.
  • Enablement and Community: Stand up champions networks, training curricula, prompt libraries and enablement assets that sustain adoption as the Copilot estate and feature set evolve. Be innovative!
  • Benefit Realisation: Lead value realisation activities for Copilot programmes, creating measurement frameworks, defining success indicators and helping clients translate adoption and productivity gains into tangible business outcomes.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Lead executive engagement and value communications activities, helping senior stakeholders communicate the vision for AI, demonstrate outcomes and align business and technology leaders around Copilot adoption.

In summary you will be required to:

  • Lead client workshops and transformation workstreams.
  • Manage small consulting teams and workstreams.
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables and recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions with business, technology and change stakeholders.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
