Join a leading Microsoft Consultancy that has recently secured a number of exciting enterprise AI transformation projects. As a Copilot Studio Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative AI solutions for major organisations, helping customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI programmes, collaborating with experienced Solution Architects and technical specialists to deliver production-ready intelligent solutions that make a real business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Deliver customer discovery workshops and gather technical and business requirements.
- Develop enterprise-grade solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Dataverse.
- Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies.
- Build scalable, production-ready AI solutions rather than proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and engage confidently with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills:
- Proven commercial experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong Power Platform expertise, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating Microsoft technologies, APIs and enterprise systems.
- Consultancy or customer-facing delivery experience.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Previous experience delivering AI or intelligent automation projects within a Microsoft Partner environment.
