Microsoft 365 Copilot Training Contractor - Outside IR35 - 3 days a week in London - £450 - £500 per day Contract until December 2026
About The Role
An experienced Copilot Training Contractor is required to embed Microsoft 365 Copilot utilisation and build confidence, capability, and best-practice behaviours across the organization.
You will design and deliver practical, role-relevant learning that enables colleagues to use Microsoft 365 Copilot confidently, safely, and effectively. The core focus is moving users beyond basic awareness into sustained adoption through a blend of workshops, coaching, prompt guidance, champion support, and measurable feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Content Creation: Develop and execute a Copilot training plan mapped to business priorities. Create role-based learning pathways, live workshops, quick reference guides, prompt libraries, and self-serve resources.
- Interactive Facilitation: Run hands-on sessions and drop-in clinics (virtual and in-person) applying Copilot to real workflows in Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Network & Community: Support and energize the internal Champion Network to share use cases, troubleshoot queries, and model best practice.
- Governance & Responsible AI: Translate complex features into simple guidance. Promote responsible usage, data protection, prompt quality, human review, and compliance with technology policies in partnership with Legal and Cyber teams.
- Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback, identify adoption barriers, and collaborate with HR, IT, Communications, and Business Leads to continuously improve training.

Key Deliverables
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommended rollout roadmap.
- Role-based learning pathways and reusable workshop materials (decks, facilitator notes, exercises).
- Delivery of interactive training sessions and drop-in clinics.
- Quick-start guides, FAQs, champion enablement packs, and engagement schedules.
- Regular adoption feedback reports and an end-of-assignment handover pack.

Skills & Experience Required
- Technical Mastery: Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its productivity applications across the M365 suite.
- L&D / Change Experience: Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning, technology adoption, or change enablement initiatives.
- Facilitation & Communication: Excellent presentation skills across live, virtual, and blended formats. Ability to translate technical features into clear, non-technical business use cases.
- Responsible AI: Solid understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and the importance of human oversight.
- Agility: Comfortable creating high-quality job aids at pace, managing competing priorities, and adapting content as Copilot features evolve.
