Manager, Workplace AI Offer Team
At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.
Your role:
As a Manager in our Workplace AI offer team, you will help lead how we take Microsoft Copilot and wider workplace AI to market, and how we deliver it for clients, predominantly in UK central government. Working as deputy to the offer lead, you will own parts of our go-to-market and thought leadership agenda while leading engagements that join up strategy, governance, change and benefits into one transformation journey. In this role you will:
Offer & Go-to-Market:
- Shape and grow our Copilot and workplace AI propositions, working with Microsoft and Capgemini account teams to build pipeline and win work.
Holistic Transformation Delivery:
- Lead engagements and workstreams that connect AI strategy, responsible AI and agent governance, adoption and change, and benefits realisation, so that value is measured rather than assumed.
Senior Stakeholder Advisory:
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to client directors and middle management, turning complex technical choices into clear business decisions.
People Leadership:
- Line-manage and coach a small team of consultants, giving regular feedback, contributing to performance reviews and helping recruit and grow the team.
Thought Leadership & Brand:
- Represent Capgemini Invent externally through points of view, events and client success stories.
Innovation:
- Staying up to date with product developments, particularly around Microsoft Copilot and its competitors.
Your profile:
Business and Methods:
- Proven experience shaping consulting propositions and taking them to market: building offers, sales collateral and win themes, and leading bids or RFP responses.
- Experience delivering workplace or AI-enabled transformation that brings together strategy, governance, change and adoption, and benefits realisation.
- Strong storytelling: you turn complex AI topics into a compelling, outcome-led narrative for senior audiences.
- Structured problem-solving, with the judgement to make trade-offs and adapt in ambiguous situations.
Leadership:
- Experience leading project teams or workstreams, including line management, coaching and performance feedback.
- Track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and aligning business and technical leaders around shared outcomes.
- Experience leading change and adoption that addresses employee concerns, builds trust and embeds new ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
