Tangem is seeking a sharp, crypto-native Copy Editor
Tangem is seeking a sharp, crypto-native Copy Editor who is fluent in English and highly familiar with AI tools. You will edit, refine, and quality-control written content on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and investment products. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial judgment with the ability to detect AI-generated patterns, produce original human writing, and maintain exceptional organization.
Requirements
- Crypto-native with solid familiarity with blockchain technology and transactions (on-chain mechanics, wallets, common protocols, and industry language).
- Strong professional English writing and editing skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI systems and large language models; ability to recognize AI-generated text patterns, repetitions, and limitations.
- Proven ability to write original, high-quality content of at least 500 words without AI assistance.
- Exceptional eye for detail and the capacity to quickly spot AI-style repetitions, filler, or unnatural phrasing.
- Fast learner with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation systems efficiently.
- Experience in copy editing, content editing, or professional writing (portfolio or sample edits preferred).
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread articles, blog posts, social content, whitepapers, and other materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, style, tone, and consistency.
- Ensure all crypto and blockchain content is technically accurate, including references to transactions, protocols, wallets, on-chain activity, and industry terminology.
- Review AI-assisted or AI-generated drafts to identify and eliminate repetitive phrasing, unnatural patterns, hallucinations, and other AI artifacts.
- Produce original human-written content (including the ability to write clear 500-word essays or articles without AI assistance when required).
- Maintain editorial calendars, style guides, content trackers, and organized workflows.
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and technical teams; provide constructive feedback and learn new tools or topics quickly.
- Fact-check claims related to blockchain transactions, projects, and market developments.
