We’re a diverse, ambitious team that values curiosity, impact, and ownership. Join us at Two and help shape the future of B2B payments!

About The Role

We're looking for a Head of People & Talent to lead our People function and help us scale the next chapter of Two.

This is a standalone role reporting into the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team. You'll own every aspect of the employee lifecycle - from attracting exceptional talent and developing our managers to shaping our culture, performance and organisational design.

We're looking for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. One day you may be coaching a senior leader through a complex people decision; the next you'll be improving onboarding, running a compensation review or introducing AI to simplify HR processes.

You'll have the autonomy to shape how People operates at Two while building scalable foundations that enable our continued growth.

What you'll be responsible for

Strategic People Partnering

  • Partner with the leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning and business growth.
  • Coach managers on performance, leadership, employee relations and complex people matters.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture and leadership capability.
  • Use people data and insights to support better business decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
