What we do at Reflect Digital

Our mission is to unleash potential by combining the power of behavioural science with the art of marketing.

  • For our team, enabling them to do the best work of their careers.
  • For our clients, empowering them to achieve their business goals.
  • For our industry, inspiring our future digital leaders.

Reflect Digital is a performance marketing agency that specialises in using human-behaviour insights to supercharge digital marketing campaigns. From strategy to delivery, we level up our clients’ digital marketing by generating quality conversions across the customer journey.

Part of the Human First Collective, Reflect Digital sits alongside LAB, a technology and innovation agency, and Aspiration Digital, our charitable arm, which inspires our future digital leaders.

Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognition, including Employer of the Year 2025, Campaigns Best Places to Work 2025 and 2026 and Best Use of Search in the European Search Awards 2026 with Nido Living, among others, demonstrating both our commitment to our team and our delivery of truly strategic campaigns for our clients.

The role

This role will straddle three core businesses: Reflect Digital, LAB, and Aspiration Digital (our flagship event for students).

Within this role, you will be exposed to every aspect of marketing, making it the ideal learning opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill set as a generalist marketer. This role will challenge you to try new things and discover which channels you enjoy the most and where you excel.

Ideally, you will have some foundational marketing knowledge with a keen interest in marketing, having proven this in either a similar role or as a passion/hobby. Copywriting and graphic creation using tools such as Canva are required for this role, and we would need to see evidence of experience in this area.

As Marketing Coordinator (15–18 Month Fixed-Term Contract), you will step into our central marketing team of three, working closely with our Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, to cover maternity leave across the Collective.

While you will be covering a specific colleague's leave, you'll be fully supported from day one with a comprehensive handover document, plus ongoing guidance from the Marketing Director and fellow Marketing Manager to ensure a smooth transition. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the vision and growth plans for the future and support us as we execute these across the businesses.

What you will be doing...

The distribution and accountability of some of these tasks is very person-reliant, and therefore we balance workload based on an individual's strengths and passions, which would be up for discussion as part of the interview. We do not expect you to be an expert in all areas of marketing, but we are looking for a generalist marketer who has knowledge of all areas/channels within marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
