Marketing and Commercial Copywriter

Odevo UK | Hybrid UK | Competitive salary + benefits (aligned to experience)

We are looking for a highly experienced Copywriter to help our residential property-management and property-services brands communicate more effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Brand within our Brand and Design Team, you’ll create clear, persuasive copy that attracts prospects, builds trust and converts opportunities.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You will:

  • Write engaging website, landing-page and campaign copy.
  • Strengthen proposals, tenders, pitch decks and sales materials.
  • Create case studies, thought leadership and expert-led content.
  • Interview subject-matter experts to uncover insights and credible proof points.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales and operational teams, adapting your writing across brands and audiences.
  • Manage multiple briefs while maintaining quality, accuracy and commercial focus.

What you will bring:

You are a confident B2B writer who cares about craft and what your copy achieves. You will have:

  • Substantial copywriting experience in a B2B, service-led or professional-services environment.
  • A portfolio covering websites, campaigns and high-stakes sales content.
  • Excellent British English and the ability to make complex information clear without oversimplifying it.
  • The curiosity to challenge incomplete briefs and the judgement to check that claims are supported.
  • Strong organisation, collaborative instincts and ownership of your work.

Property-sector experience is strongly preferred, including residential property management, real estate, facilities management, construction or property services. Experience in another complex B2B service environment is also valuable.
