We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, exceptional writing craft and a strong understanding of what drives customer engagement. Someone who can turn complex information into simple, persuasive communications and contribute ideas that make our work more effective, memorable and impactful.
Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
As our Creative Copywriter, you'll play a key role in shaping how the Compare the Market brand speaks across channels.
- Create compelling copy across advertising, CRM, digital, web, social, video and campaign communications
- Develop creative ideas and messaging in partnership with designers and stakeholders
- Adapt tone, storytelling and content for different audiences, products and channels
- Help evolve and champion our brand tone of voice across the business
- Use customer insight, testing and performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness
- Present and explain creative recommendations with confidence
- Work closely with marketing, product, legal and compliance teams to deliver engaging and compliant communications
- Contribute to creative reviews, workshops and ideation sessions to help raise the quality of our work
What we’d like to see from you:
- Experience creating high-quality copy across multiple channels, including CRM, digital, social, web and campaign communications
- Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and tone of voice, with the ability to translate brand principles into clear, engaging and consistently on-brand communications
- Experience developing creative concepts and working collaboratively with designers
- The ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging customer communications
- An understanding of how copy influences engagement, conversion and customer behaviour
- Experience working within regulated or complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A portfolio that showcases creative thinking, excellent writing craft with impact

Financial services experience is beneficial, particularly within CRM and customer communications, but isn't essential for someone with the right mindset and transferable experience.
