3 months initial contract length
Hybrid working - 3 days per week at client site.
We're looking for a versatile copywriter to craft marketing, promotional, and advertising copy that brings our brand to life. You're a conceptual thinker who's just as comfortable shaping a big idea as you are executing the tactical work that supports it. You'll partner closely with creative directors and designers from ideation through execution, turning briefs from our marketing partners into sharp, on-brand work across every channel.
What you'll do
- Write clear, compelling copy across formats and channels—campaigns, digital, email, social, web, print, scripts, and more
- Think conceptually and contribute to big-idea development, then carry ideas through to polished, executed work
- Take briefs from marketing partners and translate business objectives into creative that connects
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and cross-functional teams throughout the creative process
- Balance long-form and short-form writing with equal skill—a true Swiss army knife
- Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines, from strategic initiatives to fast-turn tactical requests
- Present and rationalize creative work, and incorporate feedback with a collaborative mindset

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
