Job Opportunity: SEO Content Optimization Specialist
Join a dynamic project focused on optimizing and refreshing existing blog content for SEO and AEO/GEO within the home design and improvement sector. This role involves enhancing current articles to boost search visibility, authority, and user engagement. You will be responsible for researching trending keywords, aligning content with consumer interests, and ensuring each piece reflects a consistent brand voice. The position offers ongoing work, typically one to two blog posts per week, with the potential for continued collaboration based on performance.
Deliverables
- Audit and optimize existing blog posts for SEO and AEO/GEO best practices
- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant search queries
- Refresh content to improve clarity, authority, and consumer value
- Ensure all articles are engaging, helpful, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with content briefs and maintain a consistent tone and style
- Track and report on content performance improvements

Requirements
- Proven experience in copywriting, content optimization, and SEO/AEO strategies
- Strong research skills and familiarity with keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Trends)
- Ability to write clearly and persuasively for a consumer audience
- Experience in the home design and improvement industry preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow content briefs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet weekly deadlines
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with US spelling and grammar conventions
