Copywriter
Remote
£35,000–£38,000 + bonus & benefits
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Copywriter to join an ambitious online D2C retailer. You’ll create engaging copy across brand campaigns, e-commerce, CRM, social media, product launches and paid marketing.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Write copy for campaigns, product launches, websites, email, SMS, social and paid media.
- Develop product descriptions, landing pages, category content and promotional messaging.
- Adapt messaging for different audiences, channels and stages of the customer journey.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand tone of voice.
- Work closely with Marketing, Growth and other teams to support commercial goals.
- Create editorial content such as blogs, buying guides and educational pieces.
- Use customer insights, performance data and A/B testing to improve copy.
- Use AI tools for research, brainstorming, drafting and optimisation, while applying strong human editorial judgement.

About you

- 2–4 years’ experience in copywriting, content, marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating digital content across web, email and social media.
- Able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Confident using AI tools and able to critically edit AI-generated content.
- Organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, lifestyle or a consumer-facing brand.
