At PP the Copywriting role is varied, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys turning their hand to the whole spectrum of what ‘copywriting’ covers – whether that’s originating a brand positioning narrative, creating copy for a new website, or crafting ad headlines – all within a team that values the impact of the written word.
The main elements of the role will be:
- Creative concepting – developing ideas, concepts and lines for creative campaigns.
- Website content – creating website copy that is destined to be discovered on search.
- Ad copy creation – writing punchy headlines and ad copy, such as social & search.
- Content creation – copywriting of blogs, articles, brochures, guides and a range of other marketing collateral.
- Proofing and making sure we dot the t’s and cross the i’s... 😉
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll have a number of years’ experience working in a dedicated copywriting role within an agency or in-house marketing department.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
