We are looking for a copywriter volunteer to support our team.
We advocate and support people with health issues and are autistic, have ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia with or without a formal diagnosis. We support parents and carers too.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a copywriting or content role, ideally within a communications team or in the charity sector.
- Strong writing (not all AI), ability - confident crafting social media, web copy, and campaign content for awards.
- Excellent editorial skills and a sharp eye for detail across digital and print formats.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable, using your initiative to make things happen.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit content for our website, newsletter, and marketing materials that reflect our mission and values, ensuring all communications resonate with our audience.
- Support concept development for multi-channel campaigns, offering strong copy direction and storytelling ideas.
- Check copies of articles for publication in your own hand.
- Create compelling award entries using established templates and previous submissions.
- Submit award entries in a timely manner and track the status of submissions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging press releases and promotional materials.
- Work closely with website coordinators to ensure our digital platforms are updated with the latest award achievements and recognition.

- Hours: 3-7 hours per week
- Location: This role is completely remote so you can work from wherever you wish!
