As a Junior to Middleweight Copywriter, you’ll be the guardian of Avon’s brand voice, shaping how we connect with consumers across every touchpoint. You’ll create engaging, high-quality copy that brings our beauty, fashion, and home products to life while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining brand tone of voice across global and local markets.
- Writing compelling, SEO/AEO product copy for e-commerce product detail pages.
- Supporting innovation teams with product naming, concept development, and positioning.
- Creating copy for CRM communications and marketing campaigns.
- Working on fast-paced, ad-hoc projects across multiple categories including beauty, fashion, and home.
- Using AI tools to enhance content creation and editing processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, consumer-focused messaging.

What we're looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Copywriter (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- Strong ability to develop and maintain a distinctive brand tone of voice.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across short and long form content.
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling creative outputs.
- Understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel content strategies.
- Confidence presenting ideas and contributing to creative discussions.
- Experience in product storytelling, naming, and claims writing.
- Strong command of English and attention to detail.
- Interest or experience in the beauty industry.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
