- Transparency: We believe in open leadership. We share openly about finances, strategy, and the decisions we make — often making those decisions together. This means you don’t just learn your craft, but also how to build and manage a business.
- Growth: If you want to grow quickly, you can and will at Sonder. When you go above and beyond for our clients, we’ll go above and beyond for you. Progress here is exponential compared with other, more traditional environments.
- Team Spirit: Everyone at Sonder works across all accounts. Everyone has a seat at the table and a voice that’s heard. We hold each other accountable, support one another, and ultimately win — and lose — together.
- Flexibility: While we work hard, we trust our people to manage their time in a way that works best for them. We focus on output, not presenteeism — giving you the freedom to do your best work, wherever you are.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
