Winback

Winback is an AI-native retention studio for ecommerce and consumer brands. We embed with brands like Coinbase, Hopper, Crocs and Oats Overnight and own their email, SMS and lifecycle programs end to end.

We're hiring a Copywriting Lead to own copy across our client portfolio and build the systems that let great copy scale.

What you'll do

  • Write high-converting email, SMS and push copy from strategic briefs: welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback and more
  • Adapt your voice across very different brands, sometimes in the same afternoon
  • Build the SOPs, frameworks and quality standards that keep copy consistent as volume grows
  • Use AI every day as a thinking partner, while keeping the final copy human-led and brand-specific
  • Use performance data to make the next email better
  • Grow into leading the copy function: hiring, onboarding and mentoring writers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
