Own a Territory. Build a Market. Grow With an Ambitious Premium Brand.
Love Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing premium wellness brand in the search for an ambitious Core Sales Manager – North.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a significant and largely untapped territory, covering the North of England, Scotland and Ireland, and play a key role in building the company's B2B sales operation.
You'll be joining a small, high-performing commercial team at an exciting stage of growth, with genuine autonomy, direct access to the CCO and the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Opportunity
As Core Sales Manager, you'll own all B2B new business and account development across your territory.
You'll take qualified opportunities through to close, generate your own new business, develop long-term commercial relationships and build a growing portfolio of repeat accounts.
Your customers will span boutique fitness studios, gyms, hotels, physio clinics, universities, sports clubs and wellness operators, giving you the opportunity to work across a varied and exciting customer base.
This is very much a new business and territory-building role. You'll need to be comfortable creating opportunities from scratch, managing your own diary and getting out into the market to meet prospects, demonstrate the product and build relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Converting qualified 5+ unit opportunities into closed B2B deals.
- Proactively identifying and developing new prospects across your territory.
- Building a strong pipeline across studios, gyms, hotels, physio clinics, universities and sports clubs.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of repeat commercial accounts.
- Identifying multi-site opportunities and ensuring they're passed to the Key Account Management team at the appropriate stage.
- Managing your pipeline, proposals and sales activity accurately through HubSpot.
- Hosting face-to-face meetings, studio visits and product demonstrations.
- Using the full commercial toolkit, including asset finance, Klarna and Reformer trade-in options, to structure compelling deals while protecting margin.
- Representing the brand at relevant trade shows and regional industry events.
- Sharing market intelligence, customer feedback and commercial insight directly with the CCO.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
We're looking for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys hunting for new business and has the commercial drive to build a territory from the ground up.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven B2B field sales experience, with a track record of closing deals and managing a territory.
- Experience building a pipeline from scratch rather than relying solely on an established customer base.
- A highly self-motivated and commercially driven approach.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to open doors with new prospects.
- Experience selling premium products or services based on value rather than price.
- Strong CRM discipline, ideally with HubSpot experience.
- A strong understanding of, or established presence within, the North of England, Scotland or Ireland.
- The confidence and flexibility to travel regularly across your territory.
- Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality or premium consumer goods would be a real advantage, as would an existing network across studios, gyms or hotel groups.
