Role Description

The Core Sales Manager (North UK) is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition across the northern regions of the United Kingdom. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals with both B2C and B2B customers, including individual consumers, studios, and wellness partners. The Core Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, conduct product demonstrations (virtual and in-person when needed), and represent FÔLD at events, trade shows, and partner activations. Day-to-day tasks include developing regional sales strategies, forecasting and reporting performance, collaborating with marketing to optimize campaigns, and providing feedback to product and operations teams to support continuous improvement. The person in this role will also be responsible for territory planning, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and ensuring an excellent customer experience aligned with FÔLD’s movement-for-everyone ethos.

  • Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably within fitness, wellness, or consumer products, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for the North UK market, including prospecting, pipeline management, and account development.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience managing key accounts and partnerships across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Comfort with remote work using digital tools and CRM platforms, plus solid skills in sales reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including delivering compelling product demos and explaining technical features in clear, accessible language.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of or genuine interest in Pilates, fitness, or wellness markets, and an understanding of premium, design-led consumer brands.
