Our client is looking for an organised and compassionate Core Service and Outreach Coordinator, for 32 hours per week, to lead and develop frontline services supporting sex workers in and around Nottingham.
Working closely with the CEO, you will lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, oversee the day-to-day delivery of services, build partnerships with local organisations and help ensure services remain safe, inclusive and responsive to the needs of those they support.
You'll be joining a committed team dedicated to improving the lives of sex workers in and around Nottingham.

Summary Of Responsibilities
As Core Service and Outreach Coordinator you will:
- Lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of the organisation's drop-in, outreach and empowerment services.
- Line manage staff and volunteers, supporting their wellbeing, development and performance.
- Act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead and oversee safeguarding, health and safety and organisational risk.
- Develop partnerships with health, housing, welfare and community organisations to improve outcomes for service users.
- Coordinate trauma-informed, solution-focused support and outreach for women accessing the services.
Occupational Requirement
Due to the nature of this role and the services provided, this post is open to women only. This is an occupational requirement permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
