Join Our Team as a Core Services Delivery Manager!

Do you have experience in the events and exhibitions industry?

Are you competent in the six aspects of Scope, Schedule, Financial, Risk, Quality, and Resources? If so, we want YOU!

As Our Core Services Delivery Manager

You will manage the delivery of Core Operations at show site, including Electrics, Stand Fitting, Floor Covering, and Furniture.

Main Duties Include

  • Evaluate, assess, and manage all associated risks that may affect the delivery of the project
  • Work from the information in the Account Manager's brief and any additional works orders provided
  • Ensure H&S compliance is adhered to by all staff (internal and appointed Contractors), including checking that relevant training is undergone
  • Be responsible for the delivery of the project meeting the minimum expected outcomes and benefits
  • Work as part of the overall Operations team, which includes Ops planning, Account Management, onsite delivery, and Venue stakeholders that can influence the overall project
  • Oversee and manage the dedicated onsite labor of the project
  • Produce a timely post-show report highlighting any issues or overachievements so that learnings and remedial actions may be taken by yourself and/or the department
  • Adhere to the published SLAs dependent on the Organiser and the show
  • Fully utilize any software systems that form part of the SOPs within the department

You Will Have

  • Experience gained within the Exhibition and Events Industry or experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under your own initiative
  • Good communication, be a quick learner, team player, and willing to travel
  • Excellent organization and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills as well as strong interpersonal skills

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

Hours of Work

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. On occasion, you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.

Annual Leave

Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
