Purpose Of The Role
This role is to be part of a team to define, deploy and monitor standard Practice Management (PM) processes, both as part of ongoing improvement of the software and processes and for Business As Usual.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Be part of a central Core Software team of subject matter experts covering all non-Compliance areas of our Core Systems, with a specific focus on PM.
- Assist with the creation and documentation of process.
- Assist with the delivery of Training in relation to Azets Practice Management (PM) and Document Management (DM) software.
- Assist with the creation and adaptation of PM system reports to support the business.
- Assist with the creation and uploading of Document Templates for new offices/office changes and updates.
- Assist with the reviewing of PM data and cleansing this in line with group requirements.
- Promote the benefits of process standardisation within the businesses – be an evangelist for this initiative.
- Proactively assist with reviewing existing PM and DM processes within the BAU operation. Make recommendations for process improvements and assist in the implementation.
- Assist with monitoring business adherence to processes. Where there are issues work with the business to understand why these processes may not be being followed and work with the rest of the Core Software Team to affect a resolution.
- Assist with all associated training and adoption activities.
- Assist with PM and DM Ticket Support in relation to queries raised by the business.
- To assist in the month end Close Down of the PM system.
- To assist with the delivering of basic PM and DM Induction training for all new employees.
- To have a working knowledge of the systems that are integrated with the PM system to understand the impact of changes on other systems used in the business, especially in relation to the CRM to PM integration.
- Assist in the weekly Inter Database process and Disbursement imports.
- Assist with monthly disbursement imports.
- Assist with reviewing data management KPI Alerts and liaising with the business to make the relevant changes.
- To Assist with creating and maintaining Bill templates.
- To assist and support with M&A activities including the review and migration of data of acquired sites into Azets software, implementation and embedding of the software into the acquired business and providing training and on site support to the acquired site.
