The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing corporate team. You will work on a mix of complex transactions and advisory mandates, including private M&A, joint ventures, investments, corporate reorganisations, and governance. The role offers direct client contact, the autonomy to lead on matters, and involvement in multi-jurisdictional projects.
