Corporate Access Coordinator
HAIL Partners is working with a global financial services firm seeking a Corporate Access Coordinator to join their London team. This is a varied, fast paced role with the chance to take on more strategic responsibility over time. This is a permanent position, full time in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating corporate access meetings, including diary and travel coordination
- Undertaking sector research and preparing investor presentations
- Liaising extensively with sell-side teams and internal stakeholders
- Building a deep understanding of assigned sectors, companies and subsectors
- Proactively suggesting ideas and new corporate access opportunities
- Managing conference scheduling
- Growing into a sector specialist with strong knowledge of relevant corporates and management teams

Role Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience within financial services
- Experience within a Corporate Access, Equity Sales or Investor Relations team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Outlook skills and solid Excel capability
