Corporate Account Executive

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Corporate Account Executive to join our client's growing Strategic Partnerships team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major corporate clients, supporting key accounts, driving service excellence, and helping to strengthen long-term commercial partnerships.

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will support the management and development of a portfolio of strategic corporate partnerships. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, preparing business reviews, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and commercial growth.

This role combines account management, customer engagement, reporting, project coordination, and stakeholder management, offering significant variety and opportunities for professional development.

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the day-to-day management and growth of a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts.
  • Develop and deliver desk-based account management activities that strengthen client relationships and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver client review packs, including operational performance reporting, management information, and future business initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a responsive and professional service.
  • Analyse and distribute performance data, providing clients with valuable insights into service delivery and SLA performance.
  • Assist with client audit preparation, compliance activities, and evidence gathering.
  • Identify cross-sell and account development opportunities within existing partnerships.

Skills & experience required

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Client Success, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience producing reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

  • Salary: Up to £34,000 DoE
  • WFH: 2 days per week after your 3-month probation is passed
