Corporate clients. Structured leads. A new proposition for the UK market.
Joining a global broking firm with a growing foothold in the UK, this role sits within an expanding corporate broking team.
The proposition has serious backing, serious ambition, and a clear plan to grow a high-quality corporate client base. You will manage existing corporate accounts and work on a flow of structured new business opportunities.
Not cold calling or chasing scraps - proper prospects, introductions, and opportunities where there is already a reason for the client to engage. We're not chasing individuals who can 'bring a book with them'.
The clients
These are genuine corporate businesses.
- Clients generating £25k+ fee income
- Complex insurance programmes
- Businesses that value risk advice and structured solutions
You will inherit existing relationships and be expected to develop them. Alongside that, you will work on new client opportunities generated through the firm’s wider network and proposition.
The firm
A major international broking business, well established globally, yet relatively fresh to the UK. The UK leadership team is investing heavily in building a serious corporate proposition and the model is different to many traditional brokers:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
