About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Corporate Account Manager to help grow DN Media Group’s corporate subscription business.

This is a customer-facing sales role with a strong focus on new business development, where you will identify, engage, and convert new corporate customers while also supporting the growth and retention of existing accounts. You will work across DN Media Group’s portfolio of publications and services, helping organizations discover the value of our content, insight, and market intelligence.

Success in this role requires persistence, commercial curiosity, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine desire to create value for customers. You will work closely with colleagues across Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, contributing to both sales growth and long-term customer development.

Your responsibilities

Drive corporate subscription growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across DN Media Group’s portfolio of publications and services.
  • Generate new sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs.

Develop and retain customer relationships

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate customers through renewals, upselling, and ongoing account development.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant subscription solutions and services.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
  • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Represent DN Media Group professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Collaboration and market insight

  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales colleagues on sales initiatives and commercial opportunities.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to support product development and business growth.
  • Build knowledge of our industries, products, and customer segments to identify new growth opportunities.

Your background

We are looking for someone who thrives in a commercial environment and enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals.

Experience

  • Experience from B2B sales, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and winning enterprise customers.
  • Experience working towards sales targets and commercial objectives.
  • Experience from media, information services, or subscription-based businesses is an advantage.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC is a bonus.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is an advantage.

Profile

  • Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly goal-oriented, persistent, and accountable for delivering against revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, through phone, email, and in-person.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and a desire to continuously improve and develop.
  • Understanding of industries such as shipping, energy, or seafood is beneficial.
