What is this role about?
The role will assist in the over-all accounting inventory process of the company.
What will YOU do?
- Daily review and checking of IMMT Report
- Preparation and reconciliation of Sales Volume and Inventory Analysis
- Monthly preparation of Inventory Costing and ending balance
- Input of inventory movements and cost in the system
- Preparation and submission of Gross Margin Report (Statutory-Fuels, Statutory-Lubes, Management)
- Preparation of Journal Entries for assigned accounts (Fuels, Lubes, AR)
- Preparation of Government Reports (ORB and Liquidation, DOE, Issuance of Withdrawal Certificate)
- Item, Depot and Warehouse enrollment in UMDT

What will YOU need?

- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
- Adept and knowledgeable on the applications of accounting principles and concepts, analyzing finance documents and data, and reconciliation skills
- Must be a critical thinker and keen to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations) and Microsoft Office Package
- Open to a reliever type of employment
