A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Manager to join its Enterprise Custody Services Operations team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing client service delivery, and leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced corporate actions environment.
The Role
As Corporate Actions Manager, you will lead and oversee corporate actions operations, ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational integrity. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and key clients to deliver innovative solutions, improve processes, and support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate actions operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability across the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery through best practice and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a primary contact for key clients, managing relationships professionally and effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
- Support employee development through coaching, inclusion, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Lead performance management activities, including annual reviews and oversight of departmental KRIs.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong experience within financial services operations.
- Proven expertise in corporate actions, client service, and people management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing departmental KRIs and conducting performance reviews.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Interest in leveraging digital tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration are advantageous, though not essential.
