About the Role

Our client is a premium health and wellbeing business with a Health Concierge service that helps people make the most of their private medical insurance (PMI). Many employees at large corporate employers already have PMI but don't use it fully, and our client's clubs are close to where they work.

This is where you come in. As Corporate Activation Ambassador, you'll be our client's daily presence in and around corporate offices. You'll run pop-ups and wellbeing sessions, start conversations and capture qualified leads face-to-face. This entry-level role gives you a direct impact on growth: you'll build a consistent, high-volume acquisition channel for Health Concierge and put the brand in front of HR, benefits and wellbeing decision-makers.

What you'll be doing

  • Daily hyper-local activation (around 65% of your time): being visible in office lobbies, engaging people on the doorstep and dropping in at PMI-covered employers near our client's clubs
  • Lead capture and handover (around 15%): capturing qualified leads and passing them on warm to the Health Concierge team
  • Pop-ups and wellbeing sessions (around 10%): running weekly sessions with corporate partners and building relationships with on-site HR and benefits contacts
  • Relationship and brand building (around 5%): raising awareness with office managers, HR teams and corporate wellbeing leads
  • Activity tracking and planning (around 5%): logging leads and activity on the day using phone/tablet lead capture, and planning your target-list cadence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
