The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Corporate Administrator, providing administrative support to the Finance and IT functions, as well as the wider organisation.

The successful candidate will be performance-driven and demonstrate flexibility, strong IT skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Previous finance experience is desirable but not vital, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide enhanced administrative support through proactive engagement, the provision of responsive support and information to all service users across the organisation.
  • Support the operational management of GWHA through governance administration, office management and contribution to ICT services.
  • Maintain accurate finance records, including monthly reconciliations and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  • Maintain customer accounts, liaise with customers as required.
  • Debt recovery administration, monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Health and Safety duties as required.
  • Recycling systems implementation and management.
