About The Role
At Simplyhealth, we're on a mission to improve access to healthcare for all in the UK. As a Corporate Administrator (9 month FTC), you'll play an important role in helping us deliver an outstanding experience for our customers while supporting the smooth and efficient running of our service operation.
Working across a range of customer channels including telephone, email and web chat, you'll provide professional support to customers while processing claims and administrative requests accurately and efficiently. You'll take ownership of customer queries from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring customers receive a positive experience every time they interact with us.
This is a varied role where you'll develop a broad understanding of our products, services and processes, supporting multiple functions across our Service Centre while contributing to team goals and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Processing claims accurately and in line with policies, procedures and service standards.
- Managing customer enquiries through telephone, email and web chat channels.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and following them through to resolution.
- Managing departmental mailboxes and administrative activities.
- Maintaining customer policies and client schemes in line with service level agreements.
- Working across multiple systems and supporting different areas of the One Service Centre through cross-training.
- Identifying and escalating risks that could impact customer experience or business performance.
- Supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing and training once fully established in the role.
- Building strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals and colleagues across the wider business.

About You
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering great service.
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Have
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or operational support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computer systems and managing administrative processes accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently while also contributing to team success.
- A positive attitude towards learning new processes, systems and ways of working.
- The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
