Corporate Administrator

We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven Corporate Administrator to join our team. This is a unique dual-role position combining corporate administration and governance responsibilities for our UK entities with a portfolio of individual directorship appointments.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will also play an active role in supporting the commercial growth and ongoing development of the UK corporate services offering, identifying opportunities to enhance the UK product, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our UK corporate structure, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, promoting best practice in corporate governance, and supporting the strategic growth of the UK business.

Corporate Administration

  • Manage the day-to-day corporate administration of multiple UK companies.
  • Maintain statutory registers, company records, and governance documentation in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.
  • Prepare and file Companies House submissions, including confirmation statements, director appointments and resignations, registered office changes, and other statutory filings.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure legal documentation is complete, current, and securely maintained.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisers, regulators, and service providers to support the ongoing administration of UK entities.
  • Support compliance with UK statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal governance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support business development initiatives by providing technical and governance expertise during client onboarding and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional advisers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and commercial value across the UK business.

  • Act as individual director for a portfolio of UK companies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Companies Act requirements and good corporate governance practices.
  • Demonstrate management and control for UK tax residency purposes.
  • Identify key risks within the portfolio and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with BD, compliance, and the rest of the teams to support corporate objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification
  • An excellent working knowledge and understanding of Regulatory and Fund Governance requirements
  • Practical experience in a legal, finance, or administrative role
  • Demonstrative understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role
  • Proactive approach with a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to manage change and embrace technology solutions
