A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with between 1 and 3 years PQE to join its expanding team in the West Midlands. Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll advise a broad range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, directors, and shareholders on a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters.
This is far more than a transactional role. You'll be involved in business sales and acquisitions, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements, partnership matters, and commercial contracts, while developing trusted relationships with clients and becoming an integral part of their long-term business success.

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have gained solid corporate and/or commercial experience during their training contract or post-qualification career and will be looking to build on that foundation within a supportive and collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine enthusiasm for business development will be key.
