Role: Corporate and Commercial Property Paralegal
As a Corporate and Commercial Property Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our solicitors on a broad range of commercial and commercial property matters. You will gain hands-on experience working with customers across a variety of sectors while contributing to the efficient delivery of legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing project management and admin support to solicitors and trainee solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing ancillary documents
- Creating and looking after data rooms to manage due diligence
- Ordering and reviewing searches
- Creating completion packs
- Supporting compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Companies House and Land Registry Filing

The successful candidate will have:
- A Law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), or equivalent legal qualification. Completion of the LPC or SQE studies is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably within commercial law, but not necessary
