About the Role

Join a growing Corporate and Commercial team advising businesses ranging from start-ups and owner-managed companies to larger corporate organisations across a variety of sectors.

You will handle a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on business sales, acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial documentation, including trading terms, supply, distribution, manufacturing, consultancy, and licensing agreements, together with advice on intellectual property matters.

Requirements

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. The firm is open to candidates at a variety of PQE levels who can demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
