We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Assets team.
We are based in Oadby, and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit. Our council is a great organisation to work for, we offer a competitive salary and fantastic benefits including great holiday, flexi-time and the generous local government pension scheme.
We are supportive of flexible working arrangements where possible and encourage you to discuss this with us during the selection process but this role is expected to be in the office or out in the borough five days per week.
The Corporate Assets team are responsible for looking after all the council's buildings, parks, open spaces, cemeteries and allotments.

The Corporate Assets Compliance Officer role is responsible for the management, maintenance and compliance of all Council owned facilities and assets including pavilions, community centres, main Council offices, allotments, cemeteries and garages.
If you have relevant experience in the management of corporate assets, compliance and maintenance, we would love to hear from you.
