Client
A leading Thames Valley Legal 500 law firm are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its corporate team in Reading.
Role
You will join a team who advise on all types of corporate law, specifically high value complex transactions. Work will include:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Company restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Corporate governance matters
- Share and asset sales and purchases
- Private equity and investment transactions
- General company law advice

You
Please apply if you are an Associate or Senior Associate (4 years+ PQE) from a well regarded corporate department. You must have experience in a broad range of corporate matters including private company M&A.
