Capital Markets Associate – London

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1-5 PQE Capital Markets Associate to join a leading international law firm’s growing London team.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on complex, cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions, advising major private equity sponsors, corporates and financial institutions.

The Role
- Work on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions
- Advise clients on sophisticated cross-border matters
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documentation
- Assist with offering documents, prospectuses and regulatory filings
- Work directly with clients and alongside market-leading lawyers
The Ideal Candidate

- Some US corporate law experience
- Junior to Mid level associate
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing international environment
